At UrbanSip Tumbler Co., we focus on delivering premium-quality products and maintaining a smooth, transparent shopping experience for our customers.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A complete unboxing video from start to finish

  • Clear visibility of the packaging and product issue

Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer refunds.

If you wish to exchange a product, you may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition.

Any remaining balance after the exchange will be credited to your UrbanSip account as store points for future purchases.

Orders are delivered based on your location.
Estimated delivery time is usually between 4–9 business days, though delivery timelines may vary depending on city, courier availability, and external factors.

  • No cash or bank refunds are provided

  • Used or damaged products are not eligible for exchange
